(Maldives) Looking for a Garden and Landscaping Manager for a 5* luxury resort.

About the Role:
As Garden and Landscaping Manager, you will be responsible to ?oversee all gardening duties within the scope of the hotel/resort, with care and concern for the environment of the property.

Responsibility:
- Ensure work is conducted in a timely manner, and to set the gardening work schedule for the hotel.
- Oversee that the tools provided by the hotel are used in a safe and professional manner, and that they are maintained and looked after, and properly stored.
- Oversee all landscaping projects from planning and budgeting to execution and maintenance.
- Design develop and maintain the gardens and landscaped areas of Villa Haven ensuring they are visually appealing and healthy.
- Interact with all customers and Team Members professionally.
- Ensure that all gardening work areas are kept clean and tidy.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in garden design and landscaping.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in garden design landscaping or horticulture with a minimum of 1 - 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of plant care pest management and landscape maintenance practices.
• Experience in maintaining cleanliness in outdoor areas such as roads and beaches.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
• Relevant certifications in landscaping or horticulture are a plus.
